When I joined Hearth, there was no system in place to develop, create, and implement any kind of video strategy. I felt that it was vital for the business for us to build a model to create engaging content that increased brand awareness, acquired new businesses, and helped retain the customers we already had signed on. In process, I wore many hats and touched nearly every point of production for these videos having to teach myself how to shoot, edit, and animate objects. Before, I was just leading the team, but now I was the team! It has been a really gratifying experience.

Part of my role as creative manager at BBB was taking over the creation of video content for B2B and B2C audiences. Since 2018, my teams has turned around our video program and created some outstanding work including industry investigations, business profiles, virtual events, and public service announcements. Virtual Events

In 2020, we coronavirus forced our company’s hand to move to virtual events. Our creative team was at the forefront of producing these digital experiences for statewide and national audiences.
