For decades, Trust Talk was a monthly newsletter that published business-focused articles on best practices and the latest in BBB news and developments. In 2017, BBB's marketing team relaunched Trust Talk as a magazine. Trust Talk Magazine's rebrand allowed us to deliver more meaningful and relevant business-focused content to our audience of mostly small businesses. At the end of the day, we wanted to add value to our members' BBB Accreditation and help them grow. We focused on making both our content and design purposeful and clear, useful and direct. We moved to a bi-annual schedule for the publication so we could plan, create, and execute the best magazine possible for BBB Accredited Businesses. For content topics, we used surveys of BBB Accredited Businesses and feedback from stakeholders to implement a strategy that placed BBB as a leader in business resources for continued growth and ethically running a business. Our first issue was a big hit with our board and BBB Accredited Businesses. Instagram posts and emails flowed in from the most important BBB stakeholders. Trust Talk Magazine's won several awards from marketing/design organizations.
